About the Owner
Rachel Willmott
Rachel Willmott is a licensed general contractor based in Los Angeles. Part builder, part strategist, she leads projects with a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to clarity at every step. From historic restorations to new builds, her work is defined by intention, craftsmanship, and trust.
Rachel’s path to construction wasn’t traditional. She began her career in the music industry, working as a composer for film and television and in music licensing. But after a decade behind a desk, she found herself drawn to something more.
And more she found. Fast forward to a portfolio of thoughtful projects, millions of nails, hundreds of thousands of carefully crafted square feet and a collection of buildings that will long speak for themselves. Rachel’s work spans both restoration and new construction — two ends of the spectrum she equally values. Whether preserving the character of a historic home or bringing a new vision to life, she is driven by thoughtful problem-solving, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
